Ok, MaD's been bad. It's only been... what about 2 months since my last post. Yes it's been too long since I have last posted, please accept my most humble apologies. RL has been keeping me busy, even more so now that it is gardening season (yeah the big bad Radeks plant flowers and veggies, that's bound to give some people nightmares!). Having said that, The Radeks will have more time dedicated to the club since the garden is *almost* done.
Since it has been around 2 months since the last post, naturally a lot of things have happened in that time frame. Time goes by differently in SL - 2 months is like 2 years! Here are a couple of things that went on since I have been extremely lazy in the world of blogging:
1) Obscure Nightlife turns 1! That is quite a milestone considering clubs in Secondlife generally dont make it 6 months, let alone a year. To celebrate the club's 1st Birthday we had a 'Best in Obscure' theme. It went over rather well :) There was a great turn out! Thanks VIPs for your continued support!
2) R.I.P. Emerson Vhargon. If you don't know who Emerson is, he was a very dear friend to many who passed away in RL in April. He was quite often spotted coming in with his lovely lady Wiggles dancing the night away at the club. He will always be remembered for his love for thong and all things vajazzled. A group of friends gathered on this nice spot of land on the sim and had a mini memorial for him. Feel free to take a gander, theres even nice benches where you can take a seat and enjoy the scenery! Rest in Peace my friend, we will never forget you.
3) New Host!! On a more happier note, we have a new host and it's a MALE host!! Welcome Josh to the Obscure Staff Family! We look forward to attending your events!
Any-whoo, MaD must get running because she has many many many things to do in RL and SL. I just thought I would dust off my old blog to let you all know it has not been forgotten! Please look out for more posts in the future (again)!

Day 66: New Events!
Last post for the night. I had a small little thought on event pictures for the blog. Just a small one... I get sent so many pictures either in SL or my email from my Clerical Slave or Tamm, so many I only end up picking a handful to post. I know there is a way to photo stream on here so I am going to look into that! That way if anyone feels like photo stalking in the dead of night, they can do so here! I am brilliant! Day 60 - 65: Recap (sorta)
Grrrrrrrrr! The House of Radek had a rough week resulting in both Mr. & Mrs. Radek not getting a lot of sleep! Needless to say some event notes... ok lots are missing :( Judging from the donation bins we did very well! Thanks to the hosts for kicking ass while their boss' were AWOL!
DAY 60: The one event I was at for the almost whole time (besides Saturday)! Harper's computer self destructed so she is gone for an undisclosed amount of time booooo! In her place was Miss Tamm - wiggling, giggling and jiggling her way through the night with Diesel playing his super awesome tunes! We had a nice pile o' donations too! Thankies to Josh, Em, Onyx and Wiggles for their super cool contributions! A Woo hoo goes out to Josh for winning a $1200L sploder! There was a 3 way tie for the contest winners - Congrats go out to Josh, Em and Judy for winning the monies!
I was not online at all for Tuesday's Animal Print Night.... I was briefly on for Wednesday's Pirate Event - my Hump Day was not humptastic *cries*. Thursday I was not online either :( Friday I hung out with Mal and the crowd for the Wet T shirt event which was quite fun :) I did not get any juicy bits for blogging though - fires self.
DAY 65: I didn't take notes for the live show but I didn't need to it was just that awesome ;) We had a SL/RL couple perform for us for really real in SL (real instruments no soundtrack!) and they kicked major ass! They played a great mix of rock for a whole hour just for us! If you could not make it for this concert do not worry, we are planning on hiring them back! MarkKing & MaryKing are the first live performers EVER to play at the club since it's opening, so kind of a milestone right there! We had a great crowd of over 25 people enjoying the music too :)
After the show ended, the band members hung out with us for awhile - way cool! After the show, Shado hopped on to the air waves and played some music while I hosted from the floor (so many people stayed behind I couldn't move my AV). Everyone joined in on a Best Dressed contest - it was great! Shado was even nice and jotted down all the winners for me :)! So here are the winners as said on the back of the envelope for Spawn's Health Care application envelope (I hope he doesn't need it hehehe): Congrats to Cailet for getting the most votes!! Congratulations to Amy for getting the second highest for votes and congrats to Kitten, Josh and Onyx for the runner ups!
I am really hoping to hell and back that my RL week goes way better than last week, and that I will be online a bit more too! On to my next post!

Day 59: New Events!
Good evening! I hope everyone had a nice peaceful Sunday! MaD's began with rolling out of bed and dressing in the dark and stumbling into mine and Shado's computer room where coffee magically appeared in front of me (bless you Sir Shado). So my Sunday morning was spent couples dancing with Shado while both he and I and Josh and Tamm all had coffee in RL. Quite nice :) After the morning coffee with our dear friends Shado and I both logged out and scrounged some rations from the kitchen for a late breakky. Our day ended with another 200 blown on groceries but I will not get into that or else this whole post will be spent on MaD complaining about food consumption - grins.

Day 53 - 58: Recap of Events!
Where did the week go? I had a bad bad week hence the lack of blogging. I am condensing the events that were missed into one posting because MaD still has a billion other things to do... lame I know but it's the only way I can get it done and still have time for everything else :( Here goes...
Day 53: Casual/80s
Every Monday we have a Casual/80s event with the Diesel and Harper Show. Always nice to start a work week (if you work) off nice and somewhat relaxing :) According to my notes from my Manager and my Clerical Slave, we have a new comer to our freaky family - welcome to Manley, please enjoy your stay! Thankies go out to gloria, Sak, Josh and Wiggles for the awesome donations! The top winner for Monday Night was Juliana and our runner ups were Malvakai and Josh. Congrats to you three!
Day 54: Best in Blue
Our regular Tuesday Ladies were on stage again, with Tamm as your hostess and grean spinning the tunes. There was a 4 way tie for the contest winners. Congratulations go out to Judykins, gloria, Tynga and Ambi for winning the Best in Blue Event!
Day 55: Beach Party!
Last Hump Day's event was held on the beach section of the club. We had a regular ol' Beach Party with Sakura on stage being her usual not so normal self :) I was online for a majority of the event but do not have any notes of any sort to report - sowwee. I can say that we were very busy!
Day 56: Biker Night
Malvakai had a Biker Night for Thursday. I was online for that event too and cant recall any notes either being forwarded or taken by me... I think Gnomes are raiding my desk in the middle of the night and taking off with my blogging bits. Damn you Gnomes!
Day 57: Hats!!
Malvakai was on stage yet again but with a Hat themed event! Everyone looked lovely in their head wear - a busy night over all! Congrats goes to Yiyi for winning a nifty $1200L sploder woot! Some thank-yous go out to Josh and benti for their lovely donations :) Our top contest winner for Best in Hats was Kyle - congrats! The runner ups were Marcus and Melinda, good job!! After the event was done with me, Onyx and Pang stuck around and did some random Pang-Onyx-MaD-ness. The most hilarious thing was the one word conversation we had. We were only allowed to talk using one word only! Definitely a giggle :D
Day 58: Footsies!
Our Saturday event was a Best in Footwear theme. It originally started off with me hosting and Shado DJing but poor Shado's stomach flu was getting the best of him and he had to leave early so I took over the reins and hosted while being entertaining (or atleast trying to be)! Thanks go out to Dev for his super donation! A big welcome to UnkleFes to our demented family! We had a $750L contest pot with Dev being the top winner - woohoo! Congratulations go to benti, Tynga and Yiyi for being our runner ups!

Day 50 & 51: ER and Swat/Cop Night!
Greetings! I am cramming Friday and Saturday's posting into 1 hopefully tidy post :) Friday we had ER Night hosted by Miss Mal. Everyone dressed as medical staff or other people you would find in a Hospital. The most memorable costumes of the night were Diesel & Harper's - they came as geriatric patients.. complete with wrinkly asses and saggy boobs! I will summarize it in one word.... GROSS! We had some new faces join us on Friday. Welcome to Jameson ad Dorothea to our freaky family :D A big Thankies to my Clerical Slave for her lovely donation as well :) There was a tie for the top winner - Congrats to Cailet and Toni for tying for first place! A big woo hoo to benti, Harper, Diesel and Yiyi for being our runner ups!
Saturday's event started off as a mess (for me heh). MaD had to replenish the food supply at The House of Radek making her really late for her own damn event. Thank god for Sak! Sak was very nice and did half my event for me - what a pal!! Thankies to Josh and Tamm for finding someone to cover for me :) Daisy was a lovely Lass and donated to the club, many thanks! Day 49: Latex!
Greetings! Thursday featured a Latex themed event hosted by Miss Malvakai! After checking my e-mail a few times I do not think we will have photos for Thursday's Posting. SL was up to it's usual nice-ness! All things considering, Mal had a very decent crowd for her event!
This post will be a bit of a shorty because lack of photos but here goes! Thankies go out to gloriajean and Josh for their lovely donations :) Another congrats to Josh for being the top winner in the Latex theme! An equally big woo hoo to Kitten and Yiyi for being the runner ups :D
As I mentioned at the start of the post, SL was being mean and not rezzing people properly - so mean that Captain came in wearing only prims! I noted how no one even complained about it, he did eventually rez fully near the end tee hee. Another oopsie involved the sploder. Josh tap danced on his 0 key to hard and poured an undisclosed amount of money into the sploder accidently.... Thankfully I am a fast sharp shooter and whipped out my bazooka and killed the sploder before Josh's Lindens went bye bye. OK I just turned the sploder off really fast. The end result was Shado having to pause his Star Craft game to log in to reimburse poor Josh and fix the sploder I blew up :) One more thing, yay Yiyi for winning a $1100L sploder! Way cool!!

Day 48: Surfin'
Greetings! I hope everyone's Hump Day was Super Hump-tastic!!! The weekend is just a couple o' days away how exciting! Our Wednesday event took place on the beach portion at the club with our super-duper Hostess Tamm keeping us company for the evening.
It wasn't as wholy shit busy as usual but there was still nice sized group of people on the beach enjoying themselves :) There were a mitt-full of donations: Thank-Yous go out to Janet, Josh and Kitten!! Thanks friends :) The sploder was non-stop for the whole event as well. Congrats to Josh for winning a $1200L sploder and woo-hoo goes out to Daisy for winning a nifty $555L sploder!
There was only 1 winner for the contest (very rare we only have 1 winner!): Congratulations to Kitten for taking the loot home :D

Day 47: Best in Green!
It seems that everytime I make an appearance at an event that I am not directly hosting or Djing - SL or Sak's e-mail doesn't want to cooperate! So no photos for Tuesday's post.
Tuesday's theme was Best in Green with Miss Tamm as the hostess and her Tuesday Sidekick DJ grean providing the tunes! The night went rather well. SL being its normal not worky self doesn't dampen our spirits! We had a new VIP - Welcome Janet to our freaky family! Everyone looked great in the shades of green being worn - Emerald was the most popular color of the night it seems.
A couple donations were made last night. Thankies to Janet and Zora (gramma!) for your genorosity! The contest concluded with 3 winners: Congrats to Sak for having the most votes and congratulations to Maddy (long time no see buddy ol' pal!!!) and Juli!
That concludes Tuesday's posting - short and sweet just like the hostess *grins*

Day 46: Crappy Monday!
You must wonder why I always title Diesel & Harper's event as Crappy in the blog. There is absolutely nothing Crappy about the pair :) Monday's are just crappy (to me) because it means another weekend went by!
Monday at the club was extremely busy! D & H sure know how to throw a party ;) Because SL is being a piece of poo-lio there are no pictures to further prove the Monday Pair's awesomeness :( What I can say was the club was quite packed! We had a couple high sploders too! Congrats to Cailet for winning a spiffy $1700L sploder!
A lot of thank you's to go out for donations tonight :) 100 Thank You's go to Emerson, Sak, Cailet, Wiggles, Josh and benti! Thanks everyone! We had a decent contest as well! There was a tie for the top winners so congrats go out to Wiggles and Josh for taking the most votes in the $500L contest! Congratulations also go out to Emerson, Yiyi and Matt for runner ups!

Day 45: Sunday!
Now for Sunday's post. I did my usual event planning and etc that I do every Sunday. I also tested out some new couples dances with Shado. If you have not been around for awhile please do try out the new dances with a friend, they are way cool :)
Some randomness to add before posting the week's events :) 1) Shado's Shift key is dying a slow and painful death 2) The toddler that made residence in the House of Radek likes MaD's cooking best *woot* 3) There is not enough hours in a day or days in a week for MaD to get anything done she wants accomplished (hence the back log of blog)!

Day 44: Part 2 - After Hours!
Sometimes our Friday & Saturday events go on longer than expected. Got to love the after hours. At the end of Punk Night a handful of us didn't want to leave right away! Last Saturday's shennanigans (?) started with... Pang playing around with some of the sillier dances. He came across one he titled the "Pointy Dance". It was such a cute dance everyone left behind wanted to be in on the pointy dancing! The end result was a lot of photos and even a video being recorded woot woot! So here are a paw-full of pics and I will link the video at the end.... Hopefully YT doesnt can it because there was a song in the back ground *gasp* copyright infringement! Either way, Onyx emailed the video to me so we could upload it some other way. Enjoy!

Day 44: Punk Night! (Part 1)
Hey Fockers.... fellow readers. Last Saturday (if you weren't at the club) you missed a Punk Themed event! You may notice the blog title has a "Part 1" in it. The first part is the actual event and the second part will be a little blurb on after hours tee hee.
Last Saturday featured our Newest Hostess Sakura Delight AKA my Clerical Slave AKA The Radeks Demoness! Welcome to the hosting family my demoness :) I was on stage as well providing the tunes for everyone. We had a great great night! We have a couple new members - Welcome to Rebekah & Lola to our weirdy family! We had a pile of donators tonight as well! A big Spank-You goes out to Josh, gaib, Daisy, and MystieDawn for the genorous donations :)
On top of the usual event-ness it was also Diesel's rez day! Happy Rez day to Diesel! Me, Harper and Sakura sneaked ourselves in early to decorate a bit. There was some lovely Happy Rez Day signage and a novelty freebie put out by moi. I have no idea how many were given out but there are proud owners of newbie Diesel pics floating around the 900 corners of SL :D Enjoy!

We had a total of 4 winners for Best in Punk, because I was Djing and trying to jot blog tidbits, I did not get the contest total.... I think it was a 1000L contest - not sure! Day 43: Jamma Night!
Almost caught up (again)! Last Friday was Jamma Night with Miss Malvakai again. Everyone got comfy in their PJs and moved their slippered/bare feet over to the club to play!
The sploder was nutty all night. Congrats to Toni for winning a 1200L sploder! A big wholy-shit Congrats to Issy for winning a 1500L sploder! Another congrats to Toni for winning a 500L sploder! Congrats to Josh for winning a 1200L sploder! Another congrats to Josh to winning a 1500L sploder! A second congrats to Issy for winning a 1200L sploder!
Whew that was a lot of sploder winnings!! Good job you guys :) Now on to our winners! There were 3 winners (things seem to happen in 3s here grins) with a total contest pot of $750L! Woo hoo to Harper for being the big winner of jamma night! And an equally big woo hoo to Estrella7 and Sakura for the runner ups!

Day 42: Back 2 School!
On to Thursday! Last Thursday's event was a School-y theme with Miss Malvakai as your hostess for the evening. All you had to do was dress in any style of school teacher or student attire and have fun!
The first portion of the evening began with Sak accidently bringing her vibrator in her lunch box..... oh that was according to Josh so we will never know -grins. I am sure she would have gotten away with saying it's a pencil sharpener!
Enter Pang, he never comes in theme but we love him that way :D So went the onslaught of play on words for the rest of the evening. Pang is cool like that! Did I mention people were still talking about Sak's vibrator?? A great conversations 'piece' I thought ;)
A thank you goes out to Mr. Emerson for his generous donation! A big woo hoo goes out to our 3 winners for the Back 2 School contest - 3 way tie man! Congrats to Kitten, Harper & Yiyi! Good job Ladies :))

Day 41: Use the Sh-w-orts!
For some reason I seem to fall off the face of the earth by Wednesday... It doesn't matter how on the ball on anything I am it just works out that way - wah! I really hate it when that happens because it puts me behind on the blog and I missed out on the fun!
So here in a series of posts is last Wednesday's event, Best in Shorts! If you are one of our regulars reading this, Wednesday's are always on the beach section of the club and hosted by our resident wiggler-jiggler-giggler Tamm! From the pictures sent to me everyone's legs really need a tan .... I mean everyone looked super :D Most of the event was everyone seeing who could seduce the sploder the most (this happens a lot - it sometimes works too!). I am not sure why the sploder can be so stubborn on who wins the big pot... it IS Shado's sploder after all.
Moving on.... We had 3 winners for the Best in Shorts contest with the total contest pot being $750 Linden-roos! A big Congratulations to our top winner Nicole Upshaw and our 2 runner-ups Wiggles Wrigglesworth and Sakura Delight!
