MaD played hookie again. It was written that Shado & MaDawna Radek shall have a TV night on the 20th day, we couldn't argue and didn't want to be blasphemous or anything. So TV we watched! We had just upgraded our Satellite package too. Needless to say, it was a given we really wanted to check out our new channels (some nerdy learning package woohoo). In the end, Shado and I had a relaxing evening on our respected sides of the couch - I even let him be in charge of the remote!
While The Radeks were slowly sinking into the depths of our couch , you all were Partying hardy at the Beach Pirate event!! My kick ass manager informs me everyone had a super neato fun evening and that you all looked swell. After interrogating multiple sources, the general concensus was that benti parx, Antonio Rainforest, JC Enchanted and Harper Montgomery were the winners for that contest. Congrats to the winners! I also heard the attendance was great as usual too :) Sorry we missed it!
Tonight we had a couple things.... First off our event was Steampunk with The Trivia Queen as our hostess for the evening. The crowd was very decent, with many people entered into the contest board. There were some really cool costumes tonight! I was very impressed :) We had a couple donations tonight, a big thank you to Cyric Silverblade and Kitten!!
The contest competition was very fierce tonight. Our big winner for the evening, Sakura Delight, pummeled everyone with her spif-tacular costume: a fully mechanical dress featuring an elbow pipe up her ass. Would you mess with a lady with an elbow pipe up her ass? I think not! So here is the second picture of the evening - our big winner for Best in Steampunk!
Our second runner up was Kitten, good job sweetheart! Tomorrow night we have a 1970's theme with the lovely Malvakai Paine as your hostess with the mostess :) I will most definitely be there being a good little paparazzi getting all the juicy bits for the blog.
Today was National Shado Day.... for the ones who have no idea what that is it's his *stage whisper* BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Lover :)) Here is a lovely photo of the Birthday Beasty in question...
