Day 23: Famous Lovers Night!

  Post numero two! Another personal Woo Hoo, Shado is 45 minutes from his final stop! He pulled over for the time being because the weather has gotten so crappy.... poor guy went from icy snow covered highways on the Alberta side to a complete white out on the BC side. The BC side of his trip is a heavy snowfall warning for the entire way - ofcourse!

  Saturday's event theme was Famous Lovers, where everyone dressed as a known famous couple - fictional/non-fictional it didn't matter.  Everyone looked great!  I was the Hostess AND music provider for the evening.  I had a swell time playing music for you and keeping you all entertained!  There was quite the diverse style of costume last night too.  It went from Frankenstein and his bride to Mickey and Mini Mouse, so cool :D  At the risk of sounding shallow and vain I went as myself at the suggestion of Diesel *blush*.  I'm still working on the famous part though tee hee.  The attendance was overwhelming, at 1 point we were at almost 20 AVs! There were so many people on the contest board we had 3 pages of names too! Awesome job everyone :) Because it was busy and I was jumping in and out of SL I only took note of 1 donation, thank you Kitten for the sweet donation :)

  Voting was incredibly difficult, it was plain with the results! We had a total pot of $1000L and *drum roll* a FOUR WAY tie!  Congratulations to JC Enchanted, Antonio Rainforest, Lexi Vargas and Captain!
